is all of your fare gluten-free and dairy-free?

it sure is! We take delight in choosing ingredients that are as nutrient dense and as minimally processed as possible because we just want the very best for ya, friend. Our baked goods are primarily made with plant-based flours like almond flour and sprouted Gluten-free oat flour. We also do our best to sweeten our fare only with natural sweeteners like maple syrup, dates, and coconut sugar. Items with vegan chocolate chips or vegan marshmallows will include a small bit of cane sugar since we do not make those two ingredients ourselves (yet) Otherwise, nothing refined to see here!

how do i store your products? how long do they last?

this is one of our favorite topics because we looove to keep the fare happy so you have the best possible experience consuming it, so here’s what we recommend.

granola — refrigerate for crunch and longevity. best within 3 months

granola butter — keep in the pantry for drippage. best within 1 month

raw treats — keep refrigerated or frozen in an airtight container at all times. best within 2 weeks when refrigerated. best within 3 months when frozen

baked goods — most of our baked fare keeps best in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week until ready to eat, but storing them in an airtight container on the counter is acceptable for 2-3 days

herbed cashew cheese — keep refrigerated. best within 2 weeks

salads + meals — keep refrigerated. best within 4 days

can you tell me the calories or macros for your farE?

While we certainly respect and understand that many people rely on these numbers for a variety of personal or health reasons, we do not currently offer calories or macros for our fare. Our focus is on ingredient quality rather than counting and we hope you’ll join us in our pursuit to reclaim nourishment over numbers. we totally think you’ll feel the difference. If you have a specific health diagnoses where tracking is necessary, we do understand and would be happy to do what we can to answer your questions so you can enjoy our fare!


do you cater or do special orders?

We do! We have very light availability for catering and special orders, but if you’d like to inquire about a specific date, or see our catering menu, just send us a message over on our contact page!

a note on refunds:

we are happy to refund your order if you have followed our product care guidelines and simply were not pleased with the product.

if you are unhappy with the product freshness or quality due to a storage faux pas like not refrigerating etc., we’d love to guide you on how to improve your experience of our fare the next time, but will decline a request for a refund.
